What you do:

Workout at your gym on your schedule

Film your "top set" and last set of each prescribed exercise at a 45 degree angle, keeping your entire body in the frame (a cheap phone tripod from Amazon is recommended)

Upload the video to your workout (located in the app Iron Habits uses)

Concerns are often raised about the safety of lifting heavy weights. The reality is, strength training is one of the safest activities you can do. In fact, the rate of injury during strength training is far lower than other athletic activities. Strength training is conducted in a safe, predictable environment, with support members around. Proper movement patterns that are natural to the body are taught and executed with extreme consistency, thus driving the chance of injury even further down. Being weak is far more likely to cause injury than being strong.
A lifter who can execute safe movements can rapidly improve, and have a lot of fun doing it!
